Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

3 cups fresh or frozen pineapple, chopped

2 cups ice

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1/3 tsp vanilla essence

Toppings:

Tatua Unsweetened Dairy Whip

Coconut thread or chips

Fresh pineapple wedge

Method

  1. Combine pineapple, ice, coconut milk, sugar and vanilla essence in a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth for about 20-30 seconds. If mixture is too thick, add water to adjust.
  3. Pour into glasses and top generously with Tatua Unsweetened Dairy Whip.
  4. Serve immediately topped with coconut thread and a slice of fresh pineapple.
